The Northbound Center Street on-ramp to I-15 will be closed until approximately May 26th according to UDOT

Also, Provo City is building a round-about on Center Street which is affecting access to the USH campus.

Due to construction on the Center Street access to the hospital campus, flaggers will be directing traffic.
This may cause a delay with getting onto as well as leaving the campus using Center Street.
An alternate to the campus is available by turning eastbound onto 300 South from 900 East and then turning North at the round-about (about 1350 East) to access the gate to the State Hospital.
